Standard Return & Replacement Policy

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 327 0799721) or email at royalminefashion@gmail.com to initiate a return or replacement.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or replacement.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning or exchanging the product.

Replacement Terms

  • If a replacement is requested for a product without defects or after 3 days of delivery, a 25 AED fee will be applied.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, no fees will be charged for replacement.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds will only be issued if there is a product fault or an exceptional issue.
  • Refund costs include:
    • Fulfillment and shipping cost of the initial order: 16 AED
    • Cost of product pickup and refund: 11 AED
